Biography

Emily has been with Steven H. Snyder & Associates since 2015 and is the firm’s resident expert on gestational carrier agreements. With the assistance of the firm’s attorneys, Emily drafts and reviews gestational carrier agreements for both intended parents and surrogates. She has drafted over five hundred gestational carrier agreements for intended parents for a variety of different agencies as well as for independent matches. She loves helping intended parents and surrogates to create a solid foundation for the journey they are about to embark on. Emily is a huge hockey fan, with a love for the Pittsburgh Penguins and Sidney Crosby, and her dogs, Toby and Dakota.
