We don’t just provide legal services – we help create families. With empathy, expertise, and unwavering dedication, we’ll guide you through every legal milestone with care, compassion, and guidance. Your journey is personal, so is our commitment to you.
Our mission has always been simple: to help build families through compassionate, ethical, and expert legal support in surrogacy and assisted reproduction.
At Steven H. Snyder & Associates, family is at the heart of everything we do. Founded by Steven H. Snyder, an international pioneer in assisted reproductive technology law (ART), Steve has poured his passion, integrity, and expertise into helping people become parents through surrogacy and assisted reproduction. His work touched countless lives and built a firm known for expertise, dedication, and care. After decades of dedication to this life-changing work, Steve has entrusted the next chapter of the firm to Attorney Taylor Rolf, his longtime protégé and trusted colleague.
As the new leader of the firm, Taylor brings not only her unwavering dedication and legal knowledge, but a shared commitment to the passion, integrity, and expertise, that built this practice.
Taylor has established seven core values that epitomize what Steven H. Snyder & Associates is all about.
Compassion
We understand that surrogacy and other third-party family building is more than a legal process—it’s a deeply human journey. We meet every intended parent, surrogate, and donor with empathy, respect, and kindness.
Integrity
Trust is the foundation of every relationship we build. We are honest, ethical, and transparent in every interaction, ensuring that all parties are fully informed and protected. We will never try to “sell you” on what we have to offer.
Respect for All Families
We proudly serve individuals and couples of all backgrounds, identities, and family structures. Love makes a family, and we’re here to help you build yours in a safe and secure way.
Excellence in Legal Advocacy
Our work is precise, proactive, and rooted in a deep knowledge of assisted reproduction law. We are committed to providing the highest standard of legal care.
Empowerment Through Education
We take time to educate and guide our intended parents, surrogates, and donors through every step of the surrogacy journey, helping them make informed, confident decisions.
Collaboration and Connection
We work closely with agencies, other ART attorneys, fertility clinics, insurance brokers, and other trusted professionals within the ART community to ensure that we are providing comprehensive, seamless support from start to finish that is in line with the most current ethical and legal standards.
Legacy of Family
As a firm built on decades of dedication to family formation, we honor the legacy of our founding member while continuing to grow with heart and purpose.
