Founding attorney Steven Snyder was not always part of a small firm in the Minnesota suburbs; more than twenty years ago, he started his career working with traditional firms in downtown Minneapolis. After Steve realized his real satisfaction came from helping individuals as a trusted friend and advisor rather than just an attorney representing a client, his practice changed. Steve moved his office and his staff into his home so he could both serve his clients effectively and be closer to his family at the end of the day. This not only facilitated Steve's strong family priorities, it also benefited his clients by reducing his overhead. In this way, Steve provided high-quality legal services at a much more reasonable cost.  Although Steve has now moved into office space outside his home, his priorities remain the same.  There is no question that his office and staff continue to provide a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for each and every client.

Kyle Wermerskirchen practices extensively in areas of family law, criminal defense, and real estate.  In these areas, he has represented many people with difficult dilemmas with compassion and zealous advocacy.   Prior to working for Steven H. Snyder & Associates, Kyle worked extensively as a Minneapolis and St. Paul criminal lawyer on federal white collar and conspiracy cases.  His practice also included DUI, appeals, state court misdemeanors, felonies, and child protection work.   With a wide range of legal experience to draw from, your case will be handled efficiently and thoroughly. 

In order to properly manage a wide variety of legal needs, Steve is admitted to practice in both the Minnesota state and United States Federal District courts. As a Minneapolis surrogacy attorney, his work with the International Assisted Reproduction Center often allows him to work with international clients. He also assists with surrogacy cases as a local Minneapolis family lawyer.

We will charge you at our initial conference at our hourly rate. If you hire us after the initial office conference, we will credit forward the amount paid for the first half hour toward future services. If you do not hire us, we keep the fees paid so we are reasonably compensated for the time and advice provided.
