At Steven H. Snyder & Associates and our affiliated agency, the International Assisted Reproduction Center (IARC), we have helped bring children to deserving families for 15 years.

Through Steven H. Snyder & Associates we draft assisted reproduction contracts and other legal documents for intended parents, surrogates, ovum (egg) donors and fertility clinics. We also handle all aspects of adoption that are necessary in connection with these programs. Steven H. Snyder & Associates works nationally and internationally to make sure every aspect of a case or program involving assisted reproduction goes as smoothly as possible.

In addition to extensive experience with the legal documents and details involved with assisted reproduction, Steve Snyder has been a part of proposing and drafting responsible legislation that regulates the area of fertility help. He has also lobbied at the Capitol for fertility rights, and he is a frequent national presenter on assisted reproduction topics, including a recent appearance at a national symposium for the Minnesota Ethics Consortium. Steve also contributes his time and experience to infertility issues as a member of the board of directors and advocacy director for RESOLVE of Minnesota, a non-profit infertility education, support, and advocacy organization.
